To equip their professional ovens named TOPAZE OPERA, conceived for bakery, PAVAILLER asked PHI DESIGN to design a durable and ergonomic handle, with a similar design identity as the ONYX oven, also made by our team.

After the design research phase, we made a prototype, then thanks to our PHI FabLab, PHI DESIGN is now producing these handles in small quantities.
